Top-ups are purchased from inside the portal after signup. They stack with any active subscription and consume in the order they expire.

When do credits expire?

Free and Subscription credits reset every monthly cycle. Top-ups stack with any plan and last 12 months from purchase.

Can I change or cancel anytime?

Yes. Change tier or cancel mid-cycle from the billing page. Subscription credits remain available until the end of the current cycle.

How is billing handled?

Stripe processes all self-serve subscriptions and top-ups. USD at launch. Enterprise contracts support EUR and AED and SAR on request.

Do you charge VAT or sales tax?

Applicable VAT and sales tax are calculated and collected automatically based on your invoice address.

Are credits refundable?

Subscription credits are non-refundable once the cycle starts — but you can cancel anytime. Top-up credits are non-refundable once any portion is consumed.

What about my data?

No content is used to train foundation models by default. See Security for data handling and Privacy for the full policy.
